A former national level gymnast, coach and trainer of coaches, Barbara May understands the pressure of competition and knows what it takes to perform. She has spent the past 25 years helping others achieve results and is a recipient of the 3M Coach Recognition Award for her outstanding contribution to the sport community.
Barbara holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Alberta and brings over two decades of teaching, speaking, school counseling, program development and management experience to her programs and clients. She teaches powerful techniques designed to break the habits and repeated patterns that prevent people from getting the results they want in their lives. Writer and host of the television feature “May We Talk?” Barbara May knows how to get results, but she figures doing that and getting a laugh at the same time is a lot more fun. She is a single mom with two teenager daughters who joked her way into the Guinness World Records by performing in the longest stand-up comedy show in history. |
